Our process starts with gathering your requirements: what you want to
achieve, what functions should it perform, who are your end-users and how what we create satisfies their needs. The vision we create at this step will likely not change till the first delivery, but if we need to adjust it – it is possible.
The second step will be creating a UX design and defining the visual appearance of the future app. We work with professional designers to create a unique crisp look for your app and if you need to design branding elements we can help here too.
The next step is to develop the simplest prototype. Together with you we select an absolutely necessary scope of functions which can be implemented in two to four weeks. And then you can evaluate what result are we getting.
This is called an iteration.
Then we repeat – we again discuss and define what functionality will be implemented in the following iteration. And get it done.
We will have as many iterations as needed to achieve the goal.
This way the scope of works remains small and manageable and you are always in touch with how the project is going and stay in control.
